Adele joined Fios Genomics in 2017 and is responsible for the day-to-day operations ensuring the organisation runs smoothly, assisting in all aspects of organisational effectiveness and health and safety.

Reporting to the CEO and a member of the senior management team, her remit includes HR & recruitment, Quality Management System (QMS), grant management, Health & Safety, SharePoint administration, facility management, training coordination and internal communications.
