Our Quality Process
We have implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure that our processes and procedures are robust as well as consistent. While no formal certification has been sought at this stage, our QMS provides a robust platform to allow accreditation to be a future possibility.
Overall, our QMS comprises four key components:
- Firstly, our Quality Manual
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Company Policies
- Finally, our Training records
Above all, the objective of our Quality Manual is to establish the procedures and policies that govern Fios Genomics and facilitate the implementation of the quality management system.
Therefore our SOPs document the purpose, scope and responsibilities as well as give instruction on the process to be followed. These procedures define our operations and activities while representing our protocol for achieving high-quality reports and client satisfaction. We also monitor compliance with these processes.
Our Training Records are maintained to record employee’s competency levels as well as training progress which in turn governs the type of projects our analysts can work on.
Furthermore, our Project Management processes are embedded into the QMS. These assign a Project Manager to all projects so that we can ensure an optimized communication with clients and achievement of key milestones and deadlines. In short, our quality management system means that you can rely on Fios to provide a robust data analysis report first time and on time.
